FAQs
What should I wear and bring for Pole/ Hoop/Silks and Bungee Classes?
For a pole fitness class, wear form-fitting athletic wear like a tank top and shorts (or leggings you can roll up) to allow skin contact for grip, but avoid loose clothing, jewelry or lotion/oils; most classes are barefoot.
For aerial hoop and silks, wear form-fitting clothes like leggings and a tight top (t-shirt, tank, or leotard) to protect skin and prevent snags, covering your armpits and knees, and remove all jewelry; bare feet or socks are best, with optional grip gloves and extra layers for warmth. Focus on comfort and coverage for friction burns, avoiding loose items or zippers.
For a bungee fitness class, wear fitted activewear (leggings/shorts, long top), supportive sneakers, and tie back long hair, avoiding loose clothing, dresses, or bare feet to ensure comfort and safety with the harness. A full-length shirt or leggings past the knee helps prevent bunching under the waist harness, and secure shoes are crucial as they can fall off,
